Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Professional registration preferred, but will consider candidates working towards licensure
Minimum five years of related job experience, including leadership on project teams
Overall understanding of all disciplines and how a project is assembled
Ability to make decisions and complete work in compliance with project criteria and standards
Production project experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD; ADT experience preferred

| Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager |
BA/BS in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Facility Management
5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, space planning, conceptual design, client presentation and user meeting coordination, design/construction documentation, finish selection and specification, and furniture selection and specification
Skills in free-hand sketching and rendering
Detailed knowledge of woodwork design and construction detailing
Ability to communicate design ideas and intent, and lead other designers to a successful completion of many project types (commercial, healthcare, institutional/educational, corporate, industrial and automotive
Strong organizational skills, proposal, and schedule writing skills
Availability for possible travel
